Can’t Connect to C4 System Through App

If the Control4 app can’t connect to your system, first try closing the app and re-opening it. If that doesn’t solve the issue, make sure you are on wifi, try adding a new system and entering your my.control4.com user name and password again.

You can also try deleting the app and reinstalling, then add a new system by entering in your credentials. Make sure you install the proper app, whether you system is running C4 2.0 or 3.0.
