Locks and Sensors Page (what the icons mean and how to control)

The locks and sensors page is available from within the Security Screen. It gives you a bird’s eye view of all the locks and sensors in your house. You can easily check the status of each lock, the status of each door and the status of every other security sensor in your system. You also have control your Door Locks, Garage Doors and any other motorized device from this page.

Each Door Lock will have an Arrow at the far right. Selecting that arrow will bring you into the Lock Configuration page. From here you can Add Users with their own unique code, View the history of the lock’s usage, or make adjustments to the lock’s settings.

To add or edit Users follow these steps:
1. Press the + button at the top right.
2. Enter a User Name and a User Code.
3. Only Modify the Access button if you ever want to revoke a user’s access. Otherwise leave this on.
4. Modify the Restricted button if you want to set specific time and day restrictions (Example: Cleaning crew comes every Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The lock will only work on that day for that time range.)
5. Turn on each lock that you want your new User Code to work on
6. When finished press the Check lcon at the top right and you will see a screen showing the Users being updated on each lock.
7. When completed touch anywhere on the screen to exit out of current window
8. Add as many users as you like

The History button will show you the usage of each lock with information about the lock status, the user, and the time it’s state had changed.

The Settings button allows you to modify the number of log items recorded before overwriting, schedule lock out times, auto lock times, or setup an Admin code so that only specific users, can add new users.

Lock Status LED:
Blinking Green = Unlocked
Blinking Amber = Locked
Blinking Red = Low Battery

When the batteries need to be changed the lock will beep multiple times is a row after each use. The batteries should be changed within a week or so of the first notification.
