My System appears to be out of sync
When it comes to Control4 troubleshooting, it’s all about communication.
For one, your Control4 system should get all your smart devices speaking with each other. If one of the devices in the chain goes down, it can affect the entire system. There are a couple troubleshooting items that could get your system up and running.
Start by rebooting the device having issues whether it’s a smart TV, cable box, controller, or remote. In many cases, this is enough to fix the problem. Then make sure to check on your home network. Often it’s not a device, but rather a wi-fi problem keeping your Control4 system from communicating efficiently. Make sure all devices are in the OFF state, and try again.
