Trouble Shooting Tips (App frozen, cameras won’t populate)
If you are experiencing issues viewing your cameras follow these steps to determine the issue.
1. Sometimes the App may lock up or have trouble connecting. Close the App and re-open, this will fix most issues.
2. If cycling the App does not work, there could be an issue with the device being used. Check another device (iPhone, iPad, or Browser). If that works then turn off your device completely and then turn back on. Try opening the App again.
3. If neither of these methods work then you may have an Internet outage at the NVR location, or a power outage or mechanical issue with one of the network components. There may also be a mechanical issue with the NVR itself.
4. Check to make sure the components have power and there is Internet from your service provider.
5. If all these methods do not resolve your issue call or e-mail us to start a support ticket. We will schedule a technician to come and assess the issue and create an action plan to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
6. Under rare circumstances we have seen the default camera view not load properly and only show the matrix boxes with the + symbol. If this is the case then click in each box to select and choose a corresponding camera. When you exit the App the default view should load properly the next time the App is opened.
