How Can We Help?

WiFi (Description of what WiFi is and how it differs from the wired home network and the Internet Service)

Your WiFi is handled by multiple Access Points located throughout the house. Each AP is hardwired back to the House Network switch and provides bubbles of overlapping coverage throughout. Our systems employ “Roaming” allowing you to move throughout the house while your device seamlessly jumps to the closest and strongest AP available.

Your WiFi is not the internet. Your modem is what brings internet to your home. You can connect to the internet through your WiFi, but if your modem is down, you cannot get on the internet.

Your WiFi will continue to work even if your Internet service is down. You would still be able to control TV, Lights, Thermostats, Locks, etc… You would not however be able to stream media or access websites until your service outage is resolved.
